Editing Blog: Editing the Intro
Once my group finished filming. I imported the clips I took on my phone and I started to import them into my editing program, which is Adobe Premiere Pro. I've been using Adobe Premiere Pro for about 3 years now years now. Before I started editing what we had got, I organized everything by 5 different categories... videos, sound/music, green screen videos, sound effects, and photos. I do this all the time because it helps me find things easier rather than everything being all of the place. Also, it's been this way ever since I got Premiere Pro. This is because when I first got the editing software I watched tutorials on how to use it and how people edited their YouTube videos. I then went through every video and decided which should be part of the first minute or two and what might be excluded. I then put the selected videos into the timeline and put those videos aligned in the order they needed to be. After that, I cut the videos to make the film flow better. After the clips of me are fully done I watch them over and see if the videos need any fixing up. After that, I make sure that the video flows, like how a movie would. Even after that I had to take away some of the clips that we filmed. Hopefully later on throughout the week I can finish editing. Then once my group films again which will be next week, I can edit some more. Also, hopefully I can get the whole video done by mid March. Which is cutting it really close to the due date. So from February 17th to March 15th. I will be editing at school, at home, and any time I can. Including some breaks with filming.
