Production Blog: Absent I Guess

Before the week of Thanksgiving break my group was talking about trying to film during Thanksgiving break. I said that I would let them know that weekend. On that Saturday morning my dad came to pick me up because i would usually go to his house on the weekend. While i was packing up to leave my dad told me that he had to working in Orlando last minute. After this we went to visit my great grandmother and my great auntie happened to be there also. When we were about to leave, my dad told my great auntie that he had to work in Orlando and she brought up that I can work with him too as a joke. After this my dad told me that he would think about taking me to work with him. I didn't really want to go because I had homework for 5 out of. 8 of my classes. This would take me about 3 days to complete, especially with chemistry. This would make me really work on my homework Wednesday night, Thursday, Friday, and maybe the weekend. Later that night my dad told me that he was bringing me. The trip however was from Sunday to Wednesday which was the week of Thanksgiving. During the trip I couldn't work going to Orlando because most of my work needed me to have Wi-Fi, then when he got the rental house, I worked on some of my homework before i went to sleep. The on Monday I didn't do homework and my dad told me to go sleep around 3pm because I would be working from 7pm to 10am. Unfortunately, that 10am went 3pm and after that we went to another rental but it didn't provide the Wi-Fi password. So I couldn't work on my homework Tuesday afternoon to Wednesday morning plus the car ride back to my dad's. This made me not able to film those entire days plus Thursday, since it was Thanksgiving day. That left Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, for me to be able to film. On Friday, I wanted to take a rest day, since the trip to Orlando really messed up my sleep schedule and Thursday was a sort of busy day too. I slept the entire day on Friday, and did my homework around the evening time to 1am, which made really tired again. I still had homework to work on and it was mainly chemistry and algebra this time.

Production Blog: Editing My Videos

Once me and David finished filming on 12/10/22. We wanted to import the clips he took on his phone but we both agreed on waiting until Monday. We then imported the clips through email. David decided to give me half of the clips then the other half the next day. I eventually got all the clips and I started to import them into my editing program, which is Adobe Premiere Pro. I've been using Adobe Premiere Pro for about a year and a couple of months. Before I started editing my part of the music video, I organized everything by 5 different categories... videos, sound/music, green screen videos, sound effects, and photos. I do this all the time because it helps me find things easier rather than everything being all of the place. Also, it's been this way ever since I got Premiere Pro. Planning Blog: Title Design

The opening credits of my film will appear in a bold font that appears to be typed in different places around the screen. The size of the text will be pretty big so the audience can clearly see the credits. The color will be white with a black shadow/outline to give a little edge. Some credits, will appear to be embedded into the actual setting. For example, on the walls, on the objects in the scene, and buildings/houses. Working Title: The title of the film is most likely to be "R3VENGE" The working title will be bold faced with all caps: LIKE THIS . Also, the 3 will be 1-2 lager than the font and will be red: LIKE THIS The titles will be faded into the screen and and disappear with a fade out. The titles will disappear after 2-3 sentences. Some of the titles may have different sizes. Like 2 sizes larger than the normal. The titles are the Name o the Studio, Name of Production Company, Produced/Executive Producer, and Directed By.
